Todd Prevatte is a native North Carolinian. He was born in Southern Pines, NC, and spent most of his childhood in Fayetteville, NC. He moved back to the quiet Southern Pines/Pinehurst NC area with his wife, Beth, in 1985. They have raised two beautiful children. A daughter, Heather, an elementary educator in Moore County North Carolina. A son, Evan, who has become an essential part of Todd Prevatte Restorations. Over the years, Todd has developed a passion for the restoration and preservation of classic vehicles. He truly enjoys the challenges involved in making the old components and autombiles new once again. With over 30 years of automotive experience, he has gained the title of ASE Certified Master Technician. Under the tutelage of his father, he began his work on engines and components as a small child and has been working on European cars since the late seventies. Todd is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of Solex carburetors, brake boosters, engines, transmissions and more. He has been the designer and builder of his own race cars since the early 1980's and continues to do this today.
Evan has been with TPR since January of 2012 and has become an essential part of the ever-growing company. Evan Graduated top of his class from Central Carolina Community College in 2015 with a Certificate in Welding Technology and has since become our lead fabricator.
